Jonathan Lewis is a New York based actor and singer who brings vulnerability, honesty and a distinct perspective to his work. He loves stories that explore characters who are dealing with their identity, maintaining connections, and internal struggles. Especially…musicals. 

He began acting at 16 when he was cast in an Off-Broadway show, Smaller This Year, at Roundabout Theatre Company. This moment sparked Jonathan’s love for acting and influenced him to pursue a career in the arts. His other roles include: Marcus; or the Secret of Sweet (Shua), Next to Normal (Henry), The 24 Hour Plays: Nationals, and Three Sisters (Tuzenbach). 

Jonathan aims to bring his honesty, empathy and strong sense of identity into every room he enters. He hopes to inspire other young artists to embrace what makes them special and encourage them to shine their light.
