My name is Arissa Collymore. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and have a fire for the arts! I'm about to graduate from Brooklyn College with my BFA in Acting along with my 13 other lovely classmates, way to really rep my neighborhood, right? But even though I'll finish school, it doesn't mean I stop learning. I love collaboration with other artists that love to embrace themselves and create powerful work that speaks for various different groups of people.

I would be honored to share my work with all different walks of life. I always want to embrace all the things that make people human. I’m typically attracted to roles that I identify with at least to some capacity. But I’m in for a challenge occasionally! Performing really gets my attention no matter where I am, so why not take joy in performing myself? Working with other people fuels me to keep pushing. You need a team to make a show whether it’s onstage or backstage – I’m willing to dive deep and meet talented folks!
