Natalya Gammon, is a 23 year old Brooklyn native with Jamaican roots and is a BFA Acting graduate from Brooklyn College. Her most recent and cherished role is Raylynn from Blood At The Root by Dominique Morisseau. Natalya began taking acting seriously her freshman year of high school when she was cast as Narrator 2 in her school production of Rapunzel Uncut. She later dropped the role to play basketball to make her dad happy but on opening night she was asked to learn the role of the father in 2 class periods and hasn’t looked back since. 

Since being enrolled in Brooklyn College, Natalya has continued to explore and expand her understanding of what it means to be an artist both in craft and in purpose. She is passionate about telling stories that reflect the complexity of the human experience and is committed to bringing authenticity, curiosity, and heart to every role she takes on. Natalya truly enjoys collaboration with other artists to make visions come to life. 

When Natalya is not acting she enjoys spending her time singing, songwriting and dancing. A lot of Natalya’s artistic endeavors are very music oriented and just like in her acting she is able to travel through time and space to leave this universe, her relationship with music grants her these same opportunities.
